Inspired by Gretsch's important golden age and prolific period from the 1950s to the early 1960s, the Vintage Select Edition guitars are designed for players who appreciate the "best of the best" in the tradition of many instruments. The Bigsby-powered G6134T-58Vintage Select '58Penguin rocks its heritage with an exquisite new take on Gretsch's rarest bird.

Gretsch's venerable Penguin guitar, which debuted in 1958, features a pair of Filter'Tron PUs and the signature sound of a chambered mahogany body. This allows the gaps between the top and body to resonate, amplifying the harmonic richness for a more defined and articulate tone.

The current model, a gorgeous Vintage White "Little Bird from Antarctica," is equipped with two TV Jones Classic PUs that faithfully reproduce the wonderful acoustics of the unmistakable vintage Filter'Tron. The two TV Jones Classic PUs on the "Little Bird of the Pole" faithfully reproduce the wonderful acoustic effects of the unmistakable vintage Filter'Tron.

Bigsbyを搭載した、G6134T-58Vintage Select '58Penguinは、グレッチの中でも最も“希少な鳥”を、精巧に再現した新しいテイクで、その遺産をロックさせます。

1958年にデビューした、グレッチの由緒あるPenguinギターは、Filter'TronPUのペアを搭載し、チェンバード・マホガニーボディの特徴的なサウンドを備えています。これにより、トップとボディ間の隙間を共鳴し、ハーモニックな豊かさが増幅され、よりはっきりした明瞭なトーンを実現しています。

現在のモデルは、ゴージャスなVintage Whiteの“南極生まれの小さな鳥”に搭載された、２基のTV Jones Classic PUは、紛れもないヴィンテージなFilter'Tronの素晴らしい音響効果を、忠実に再現しています。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.
