USED Gibson / 1973 Les Paul Signature Bass Goldtop [05]

Rare Gibson Les Paul Signature Bass is now in stock.

This Les Paul Signature Bass was produced from 1973 to 1979 and is a different style from the regular Les Paul basses.
This bass has a semi-hollow body with a center block.
It has a double cutaway and gold top, which is a cool specification.
The scale is 34.5 inches, a little longer than the usual long scale.

There are two output jacks: the top side of the body has a high-impedance output, and the side of the body has a low-impedance output. This was a novel specification at the time, designed to be connected directly to a mixer, etc., in addition to being connected to an amp.

(There is an engraving of "SECOND" on the back of the head, which seems to indicate that it was shipped as a second product at that time.)

The fretboard and nut appear to be original.

The frets and nut appear to be original, but the frets are worn and low. There is no problem to play it as it is now.
