Martin HD-28 made in 1999 is now in stock.

The "HD-28" was introduced in 1976 as a reissue of the prewar D-28.
It is characterized by the herringbone pattern on the body binding, and has been a very popular model in the lineup since it was first released.

The body has a solid spruce top, solid Indian rosewood back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, scalloped bracing, tortoiseshell pickguard, and Martin Schaller pegs.
Nut width is approximately 43 mm, and the neck shape is narrow and easy to grip.

There are some scratches and minor dings throughout the body, but it is in relatively clean condition considering the year of manufacture.
Fixes include binding gluing, bridge base gluing, bracing gluing, and neck heel peeling gluing.

The neck condition is slightly twisted, and there is currently no chattering or stuck sound, but this could occur depending on the condition.
The sound is well balanced in each range and has the resilience of a Martin dreadnought.

The top of the instrument has a nice candy-colored finish, and the tone is just beginning to be finished.
This is a highly playable instrument, so please consider it.

1999年製、Martin HD-28 が入荷しました。

戦前のD-28の復刻として、1976年に登場した"HD-28"。
ボディバインディングに入ったヘリンボーン柄が特徴で、発売当初から非常に人気の高いモデルとしてラインナップされています。

ボディはスプルースソリッドトップ、インディアン・ローズウッドソリッドのバック＆サイド、エボニー指板＆ブリッジ、スキャロップドブレーシング、べっ甲柄ピックガード、Martinシャーラーペグ。
ナット幅は約43mmと細めで握りやすいネックシェイプです。

擦り傷や細かな打痕がボディ全体にございますが、製造年を考慮しても比較的キレイなコンディションです。
修正はバインディング接着、ブリッジベース接着、ブレーシング接着、ネックヒール剥がれ接着が行われております。

ネックコンディションはやや捻じれのコンディションで、現状ビリ付きや音づまりは無いですが、コンディションの変化によっては起こり得る状態です。
サウンドは各レンジバランスがよく、Martinドレッドノートらしいハリのあるサウンドです。

程よく飴色に焼けたトップと仕上がりつつあるトーンを楽しめる90年代のMartin。
演奏性も高い一本でございますので、是非ご検討ください。
