Strymon / Riverside is in stock now!
Riverside is the culmination of Strymon's work. By analyzing many analog and tube circuits, it has a very wide coverage, rich overtone structure, and a tone reminiscent of a tube drive.

The analog input stage is a class-A JFET analog multi-stage gain circuit. This stage is digitally controlled to send the signal while maintaining maximum headroom to the DSP gain stage that comes after this section. This section also reproduces the player's touch, nuance, and response to the guitar volume as if it were directly connected to a tube amplifier. The signal creates a complex overtone structure that becomes the distortion element in the DSP section.

Clean, mild overdrive, high-gain lead, heavy saturated distortion... whatever the gain setting, each can sound superb.

Riverside(リバーサイド)は、Strymon(ストライモン)の一つの集大成とも言うべきストンプです。多くのアナログ回路と真空管回路を分析することで、非常に広いカバレージとリッチな倍音構成、チューブドライブを彷彿させるトーンを備えています。

アナログの入力段は、class-A JFET のアナログ・マルチステージ・ゲイン回路です。このセクションの後に来るDSP ゲインステージへ最大ヘッドルームを維持しながら信号を送るために、このステージはデジタルコントロールされています。また、このセクションは弾き手のタッチやニュアンス、ギターボリュームへの反応を、真空管アンプに直接繋いだようにありのままに再現します。その信号は、DSP セクションで歪みの要素となる複雑な倍音構成を生み出します。

クリーン、マイルド・オーバードライブ、ハイゲイン・リード、ヘビー・サチュレート・ディストーション・・・どんなゲイン設定であっても、それぞれ極上サウンドを奏でることができます。
