It features a quilted maple top and mahogany back, a wenge neck, and an ebony fingerboard.
The headstock is also veneered with ebony, and the bird inlays on the headstock and fingerboard are finished in a chic dark blue.
It boasts an artistic finish that instantly identifies it as a Private Stock instrument.

Metal pickups are installed in both the front and rear positions.
It features a 3-way toggle switch and a push-pull tone control, enabling coil tapping.
