A 1976 Gibson Firebird Bicentennial Edition has arrived!!

This is an extremely rare Ebony-colored example from the Bicentennial Firebird series, released to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the United States. Based on the serial number (0023229) and pot date (13776XX), this guitar was manufactured in 1976.

Featuring a Stars and Stripes logo and gold hardware, this guitar exudes a charm distinct from the 1960s models. It is equipped with original stamped Patent Mini humbucking pickups, delivering a crisp, sharp sound that is truly captivating.

Although the frets and nut have been replaced and an additional strap button has been added, this guitar retains a high degree of originality. A slight, shallow crack in the wood has formed on the back where the strap button was added, but it currently poses no issues whatsoever.

The guitar is in relatively good condition and plays very well. Please consider taking advantage of this opportunity.
