KLON / Centaur Shorttail Gold is now in stock!

The KLON is famous as a pedal that is now at a premium because it was made entirely by hand, using parts made for CENTAUR, including the chassis, POT, back panel, and knobs, since its launch. It is said that nearly 8,000 units were made before CENTAUR discontinued production, which means that there are only about 8,000 of these pedals in the world. Of course, the number of existing units is less than that, so you can understand why this pedal is so valuable.
As for the sound, the fatness of the sound peculiar to the short tail is noticeable. It is not a fatness that is unpleasant, but a characteristic that mellows out the sound. The amount of distortion is also slightly higher than that of the long tail, so it can be used as a distortion pedal. It is also suitable for use as a booster or to spice up your sound. It is also an excellent buffer, and you will be able to tell the difference just by passing it through this pedal. This is a collectible gem and should be used by players.

KLONは、発売当時から筐体、POT、裏パネル、ノブなどCENTAURの為に作られたパーツを使用し、すべて手作業で作られたこのペダルは今ではプレミアとなっているペダルとして有名です。 CENTAURが生産終了するまでに8000台近く作られたと言われており、逆に考えると世界に約8000台しかありません。もちろん現存している個体はそれ以下となりますので貴重なペダルなのがお分かり頂けるかと思います。
サウンドに関しては、ショートテール特有の音の太さが顕著に目立ちます。決して嫌らしい太さではなく、サウンドをまろやかにしてくれるのが特徴です。歪み量もロングテールに比べて若干高めですので歪みペダルとしての使用も可能ではないでしょうか。またブースターやサウンドのスパイスとしての使用にも適しています。バッファーとしても優秀で本機を通すだけで違いがわかるでしょう。コレクタブルな逸品でもありますがプレイヤーの方にしっかり使っていただきたい商品です。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.
