Hardtail Stratocaster made in 1976 is now in stock!

This Stratocaster does not have a tremolo unit, but has a back-threaded bridge with a hardtail design, which transmits the string vibration directly to the body and produces a solid and punchy sound that is different from the general Strat sound caused by spring resonance and cavity space.

The body and neck date from the 8th week of '76, respectively, and the 1-piece maple neck from the 6th week of '76. 3-point neck joint with micro-tilt mechanism has been confirmed to work.
Three original '76 gray bobbin PUs with flat polepieces are installed.
Other electrical components are also original, with a '75 POT date and a 3-point PU selector.
The pegs are original F-keys, and the hardness of the pegs may vary, but there are no problems with their use. The nut has been replaced with a brass one.

As for the condition, the paint on the back of the head is peeling, which is common in this period, and the peeled edges are slightly raised.
In addition, there are scratches, dents, cracks and chips in the paint, deterioration, rust and stains on the metal parts.
The guitar has been cleaned and adjusted after arrival, and can be used without any playing problems.

This is a rare hardtail Stratocaster from the 70's, which has been gaining popularity in recent years. Considering its age, we recommend this Stratocaster to be highly original.

本器はトレモロユニットを搭載せず、裏通しのブリッジを採用したHardtail仕様となっていることで弦振動がダイレクトにボディに伝わり、スプリングの共振やキャビティの空間による一般的なストラトサウンドとは異なる、ソリッドでパンチの有るサウンドを奏でます。

ボディとネックのデイトよりそれぞれ76年8週目製造のアッシュボディと6週目製造のメイプル1ピースネック。3点留めのネックジョイントはマイクロティルト機構を搭載し、動作確認済みです。
PUはオリジナルの76年製グレーボビンでフラットポールピースの物を3つ搭載。
他の電装類もオリジナルでPOTデイトは75年、PUセレクターは3点式になります。
ペグはオリジナルのFキー、硬さにバラつきはありますが使用には問題ございません。なおナットはブラス製の物に交換されております。

状態としましてはこの時期の塗装では多く見られるヘッド裏の塗装の剥がれがあり、剥がれた縁の部分が少し浮いております。
その他年代なりの傷や打痕、塗装のクラックや欠け、変質、金属パーツの錆びやくすみなどございます。
入荷後クリーニング、全体調整を行っており演奏上の問題なくお使いいただけます。

希少なハードテイル仕様のストラトキャスター、近年人気も上がっております70年代のお品物になります。年式を考えますとオリジナル度も高くオススメです。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
