The Roland TB-303 Bass Line, with its warm, energetic, characterful and distinctive sound, was the defining instrument of the acid house movement of the late 1980's. Widely misunderstood at the time of its introduction in 1981, this quirky box was rediscovered by electronic music producers a few years later. A few years later, electronic music producers rediscovered this quirky box, and the undulating, liquid sound it emitted captivated a generation, starting a true revolution.

The TB-303 became popular for its unique undulating phrases and bold, exposed synth sound, and now, more than 30 years after its release, it is a historical classic.

Its one-of-a-kind sound has spawned numerous clone/bass synths, but its original sound pronounced from the actual machine has a power and subtlety that cannot be reproduced elsewhere.
The groove created by the built-in sequencer is also something that can only be experienced with the actual machine.

The paint is peeling in several places.
All parts have been maintained and there are no operational problems at this time.
