The Road Worn 50s Telecaster faithfully reproduces the original look and feel.
Finished with nitrocellulose lacquer—known for its natural tone and distinctive aging patterns—it delivers an authentic, well-worn feel along with the bell-like tone and playability expected of a vintage guitar.

It features an Alnico 2 magnet in the neck pickup and an Alnico 3 magnet in the bridge pickup, and uses Formvar-coated wire throughout to reproduce an authentic vintage-style tone.
The Telecaster’s distinctive, nuanced sound is the very sound that propelled Fender to become a global brand.

The thick 50s U-shaped neck features a 7.25-inch radius maple fingerboard and 21 vintage-style tall frets, delivering a classic playing feel.
A vintage-style Tele bridge and three brass barrel saddles give this Telecaster its distinctive tone, while vintage-style tuning machines provide the aesthetic of the original era along with rock-solid performance and tuning stability.

It also features vintage-style strap buttons, chrome hardware, and a 4-bolt neck plate.

Due to the relic finish, it is difficult to distinguish between original and later-added scratches; however, there is some paint chipping on the fretboard and the pickguard is slightly lifted.
It has been cleaned, fully adjusted, and had its frets leveled since arrival.
