To improve playability, a nut with the groove cut offset closer to the 6th string is adopted.

In addition, the SC body design, which makes the body slightly thinner than the regular S series, not only makes it easier to play, but also cuts the overtones in the lower midrange to an appropriate level, making it sound outstanding.

This popular version follows the concept of the luxuriously crafted SC-123U and is handmade by the Matsumoto factory craftsman team, but it is not just a cost-saving model; it is a model that will appeal to a wider range of fingerpickers, inheriting Uchida's commitment to quality.

The all-mahogany all-solid body has double X bracing on the top and ladder + X bracing on the back.

Mahogany Neck, rosewood fingerboard/bridge specs, 652mm scale, approx. 44mm nut width.

Matte silk flat finish.

Setup (cleaning, string change, rod adjustment, fret adjustment, and string height adjustment) has been done upon arrival.

The truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees to the left and right, and there is still enough fret height for playing.

Scratches and dents are scattered on the body banding and side/back of the body. There is a large dent on the bottom of the top of the body.

There is a little shine on the top of the body by the sound hole (pickguard area of a normal acoustic guitar).

Although it shows signs of use, there are no problems with playability, and this is a guitar that can still be used for a long time!
