This is a very rare, pre-serial, early 1960s LM411, chrome overbrass super-sensitive snare.
It comes with a red felt baseball bat type inner mute, probably from 1961-62.

The shell is chrome over brass, so called COB.
The fat sound of COB is the most distinctive feature of this instrument, and it is a full-fledged version of 402.
The hoop is made of the original brass on both the top and bottom.
The snappy is PURESOUND and the head has been replaced with REMO, but all other parts seem to be original.

The bass sound is superb, with a little tightness that is typical of super-sensitivity and fatness that is typical of deep-bodied COB shells.
The sound is open and not clogged up, and you can enjoy a fatter sound when rimmed.
This is the RADIC sound! It has a very bright sound, with a good volume, and the sound is excellent.

The snare is over 60 years old, so there are some minor pits, but considering the age of the snare, it is very clean and in near mint condition.
There are no dents in the shell, and no damage that can be felt, so you can use this snare with confidence.

非常に希少価値の高い、プレシリアルの1960年代初期のLM411、クロームオーバーブラスのスーパーセンシティヴスネアです。
インナーミュートは赤フェルトのベースボールバットタイプが付属されており、恐らくは1961-62年頃のものであろうと思われます。

シェルはクロームオーバーブラス、いわゆるCOBです。
COBらしいファットな鳴りが最大の特徴で、いわば402の全面当たり版といった仕様です。
フープは上下ともオリジナルのブラス製です。
スナッピーはPURESOUND、ヘッドはREMOに交換されてはいますが、それ以外の全てのパーツがオリジナルと思われます。

スーパーセンシティヴらしい少しタイトなバス音と、深胴COBシェルらしいファットさが同居した見事なサウンド。
オープンで詰まった感じもなく、リムをかけるとよりファットなサウンドが楽しめます。
これぞラディック！と言えるような非常に明るいサウンドで、ヴォリューム感もあり、音抜けも見事です。

60年以上昔のスネアですので、細かいピッツなどは散見されますが、年式を考慮すれば十二分綺麗でミントコンディションに限りなく近い印象。
シェルの凹みもなく、ダメージを感じる箇所はなく、十分安心してお使いいただけるコンディション、COBの60年代14x6.5インチの激レアな1台、まず市場に出回ることはないスネアです。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
