USED Fender Japan / JM66-80 3TS [3.55kg / 1995-1996]

Made in Japan/Japan-made Jazzmaster with traditional '66 style specs. This is a Fender Japan Jazzmaster JM66-80, made between 1995 and 1996.

Alder body, maple neck with rounded rosewood fingerboard, two Fender Japan original JM-Single pickups, controls are 1Vol/1Tone/3-way selector with preset switch/1Vol/1Tone.

This model is characterized by its crisp tone pickups and the tension created by the long scale, resulting in a very bouncy and firm sound. The quality of the workmanship, which is typical of Japanese-made guitars, is also an appealing feature of this model.

It shows signs of use (scratches/paint chips around the body, scuffs and scratches, picking marks, buckle marks, small scratches on the back of the neck, color fading of parts, fogging, bits and rust on metal parts/screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, neck ironing, fret friction adjustment, and deburring) upon arrival. The fret board is high enough for playing, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees on both sides.
