Clapton model equipped with Carlos pickups!

The Eric Clapton signature model was introduced in 1996, following the 000-42EC, the first limited edition model released in 1995 in honor of Eric Clapton's Grammy Award winning performance at MTV Unplugged in 1992.

Made in USA, Nazareth factory.
All solid Triple-O body with Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood side/back.
Herringbone trim and rosette, scalloped X bracing.
Approximately 44.5mm nut width, 24.9" scale, modified V shape mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard with signature on the last fret of the fingerboard.
The head is equipped with open back pegs with butterbean knobs.
This particular instrument was made in the memorable year of Martin's 175th anniversary (1833-2008).
This guitar is equipped with Carlos Acoustic Guitar Pickups, which are favored and used by many famous guitarists including Eric Clapton.

Maintained by a well-known guitar workshop.
The back bracing has been peeled off, the neck angle has been adjusted, the fingerboard has been corrected, the frets have been replaced (jescar vintage), and the nut and saddle (both cow bone) have been replaced.
The truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right, and the frets are still high enough.

This model originally had toner on the top of the body, but it has turned into a nice candy color with age and tanning.
Weather check on the back of the body and neck gives it a vintage look.
There is a history of neck reset, bridge gluing correction, binding gluing correction, etc. in the past.
There are many dents, scratches, and scuffs, and the paint is peeling on the back of the neck and the side of the fingerboard.

The back of the neck and the side of the fretboard have some paint peeling!
The Carlos Acoustic Guitar Pickups work well with this guitar to produce a natural output of body tone and a clear, dynamics-rich acoustic sound!

オールソリッドのトリプルオーボディは、Topにシトカ・スプルース、Side/Backにインディアン・ローズウッドを採用。
ヘリンボーントリム＆ロゼッタ、スキャロップドXブレーシング仕様。
約44.5mmナット幅、24.9"スケール、Modified V ShapeのマホガニーNeckには、指板最終フレットにシグネイチャーが施されたエボニー指板を貼っています。
ヘッドにはバタービーンツマミのオープンバックペグを装備。
Martin175周年(1833-2008)にあたるメモリアルな年に製作された個体です。
また本器には、エリック・クラプトンはじめ多くの著名ギタリストにも支持・愛用されているCarlos Acoustic Guitar Pickupsが後付けされています。

著名ギター工房にてメンテナンス済み。
バックブレーシング剥がれ修正、Neck角度調整、指板修正、フレット交換(jescar vintage)、ナット＆サドル(いずれも牛骨)交換済みです。
トラスロッドは左右60度まで確認済みにて問題なし、フレットもまだ充分な高さが残っています。

もともとこのモデルはBody Topにトナーが施されていましたが、経年による焼けも相まって良い感じで飴色になっています。
ボディ＆ネック裏にウェザーチェックが入っており、あたかもヴィンテージのような雰囲気を醸し出しています。
過去にネックリセット歴、ブリッジ接着修正歴、バインディング接着修正歴などがございます。
全体的に打痕・擦り傷・引っかき傷が多くあり、Neck裏や指板サイドに塗装剥げがございます。

かなり使用感・経年変化はございますが、プレイアビリティ及びサウンドが群を抜いて素晴らしい個体です！
Carlos Acoustic Guitar Pickupsとの相性も抜群で、ボディ鳴りをナチュラルにアウトプットし、クリアでダイナミクスに富んだエレアコサウンドもご堪能いただけます！
