The OCD is a very open sounding overdrive/distortion circuit that is quite different from typical overdrives in that it uses mosfet for clipping and the clipping is connected to the voltage reference (vref) of the circuit rather than ground. The result is a more interactive sound, whether you are picking softly or hard, compared to a traditional "diode to ground" clipping overdrive.

OCD provides touch sensitivity, nuance, and creates complex overtones while maintaining the natural tone of the amp or guitar you are playing. Because of its enormous output, the OCD is a great pedal to use as an Overdrive in front of an amp or to run through an amp at master volume to drive it much harder than other ODs, but it is also excellent for creating its own distortion with the complex array of harmonics of a Class A amplifier It is also excellent for creating unique distortions with the complex array of overtones of a Class A amplifier. Another big plus is that you can access sounds in-between simply by turning down your guitar's volume control.

OCDは、演奏しているアンプやギターが本来持っているトーンを保ちながら、タッチ・センシティビティやニュアンスを提供し、複雑な倍音を作り出します。 OCDは、その膨大な出力のため、アンプの前でOverdriveとして使用したり、マスターボリュームのアンプに通して、他のODよりもはるかにハードにドライブさせたりするのに最適なペダルですが、クラスAアンプの複雑な倍音の配列を持つ独自の歪みを作り出すのにも優れています。また、ギターのボリューム・コントロールを下げるだけで、その中間のサウンドにアクセスできるのも大きな魅力です。

Please Note

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.

Please be patient while we do inter-company transfers on your items. The usual wait time for our shipping is 7 to 10 days worldwide. We are open from 10:00am until 6:00pm (Tokyo time zone)
