Paul Reed Smith (PRS) 509 10-top, 2022, boasts "9 different sound variations by switching between 5 pickups.

The 509 features a 5-way played SW and two mini SWs for 9 different wiring patterns, all lacquered (High-Gloss Nitro) 10-top grade maple top/mahogany back, Pattern Regular shaped mahogany neck, 25. 25" scale, 22 frets with bird inlays, PU is a 509 H-S-H layout, and parts are a hybrid of alternating gold and nickel.

This is a player-oriented model that allows more intuitive operation of the sound variations cultivated on the 513.

It shows signs of use (stand marks on the end, minor scratches and scuffs on the outer edge, scuffs and play marks, picking marks, fogging and bits on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough for playing.
