USED Rickenbacker / 360/12C63 Prototype [3.45kg / made in 2004]

Rickenbacker Model 360C63, made in 2004, believed to be a prototype based on the serial number.

It features a maple body with edgy double binding, slim head, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, two toaster top PUs, "U" shaped tailpiece, vintage type rod cover, Kluson pegs, 2Vol/2Tone/3 The controls are 2Vol/2Tone/3-way selector and the mini knob is a Fifth control (front PU trim).

The Rickenbacker is an excellent reproduction of the '63 style, with a distinctly grainy sound. As Beatles gear, this is one of the essential models in the Liverpool sound and progressive genres.

Six pegs and rod cover fixing screws have been changed, and there are signs of use (sticking paint on the back of the rod cover, minor scratches and scratches, slips and play marks, picking marks, paint pulling along the wood grain, fogging, bits and rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, 6 new pegs, rod cover screws replaced) upon arrival.
