1989年〜90年当時の近代スペックを用いたレスポールスタンダードに対し、ヴィンテージスタイルのクルーソンペグやニッケルパーツを使用し人気となったギブソン・レスポールクラシックの1997年製です。
プレーンメイプル・トップにマホガニーバック、マホガニーネック、ローズ指板に施された飴色ポジションマーク、1960記載のピックガード、ペグはブッシュ式クルーソンタイプ、ワイアーABRブリッジ、PUはオープンタイプの496R＆500Tを搭載しています。
ノンチェンバーボディのタイトな鳴りとスリムグリップでお探しの方も多いモデルです。
使用感(色ヤケ、ボディエンド部スタンド焼け、小キズや引っかきキズ、スレや弾きスジ、ピッキング痕、ネック裏ローポジションに打痕、ノブ内部亀裂、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・ビッツ・サビ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。
入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは左右60°度まで確認済みにて問題ない状態です。

This is a 1997 Gibson Les Paul Classic, which became popular for its vintage-style Cruson pegs and nickel parts, as opposed to the Les Paul Standard, which used modern specs from 1989-90.
It has a plain maple top, mahogany back, mahogany neck, candy-colored position marks on the rose fingerboard, 1960-described pickguard, bush-type Cruson pegs, Weier ABR bridge, and open-type 496R & 500T PUs.
The tight sound of the non-chambered body and slim grip make this a model that many are looking for.
It shows signs of use (color fading, body end stand burn, minor scratches and scuffs, scuffs and play marks, picking marks, dents on the back of the neck in the low position, cracks inside the knobs, fogging, bits and rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).
The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment) upon arrival, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right.
