USED SCHECTER / AD-C-5-HR Diamond Series Hellraiser-5 Black Cherry [4.62 kg / Manufactured in 2007]

This is a Schecter 5-string active bass, the Hellraiser Extreme AD-C-5-HR-EX, manufactured in 2007.

This 5-string model is a bass version of the Hellraiser, designed specifically for bass with an archtop body and a string-through-body construction to handle heavy sounds.It features a maple top and mahogany body, a set-in neck, a rosewood fingerboard with Gothic cross inlays, an 889mm (35") scale length, a 45.4mm nut, EMG-HZ pickups, EMG active circuitry, and a volume/balance/2-band EQ configuration.

This instrument is a standout choice, featuring an archtop design, luxurious binding and inlays around the body and headstock, the high playability of a through-neck construction, and a wide range of sound variations provided by the 2-band EQ.

The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller-type pins (no strap hardware on the strap side), and there are signs of use (scratches, playing lines, picking marks, discoloration, tarnish, and pitting on metal parts and screws, as well as other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening); it has been tested to operate up to ±60° and is in good working order.
