USED K.Yairi / RF-65CE RB [2012]

K.Yairi, a manufacturer of world-renowned acoustic guitars based in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, presents the RF-65CE from the Angel Series—a compact body shape that offers a secure grip. This instrument was manufactured in 2012.

This is a cutaway acoustic guitar; although the label indicates "CE," it is not currently an electro-acoustic model.It features an all-satin finish (urethane), a solid spruce top, laminated mahogany sides and back, a soft V-shaped mahogany neck, a 42mm nut, a 545mm scale length, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, an "Angel" inlay on the headstock, a clear pickguard, and Gotoh tuners.

The RF series, with its excellent response and easy handling at approximately 1000mm in length, is a standout instrument known for its powerful sound that belies its size.

The original endpin jack has been removed and replaced with a conversion endpin. There are signs of use (including minor scratches and scuffs around the headstock and outer edges, paint peeling on the elbow section, scuffs and wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, multiple scratches and ring marks on the back of the neck, stringing marks on the fingerboard, and tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, string height adjustment, and fretting surface dressing). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions with no issues.
