This is a Fender Jeff Beck Stratocaster, manufactured in 2001.This instrument was built during the transitional period around 2000, when the Lace Sensor series was being updated to a noise-free specification. It features an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, Lace Sensor Gold x4 pickups, a control layout with Volume, Front Tone, Center + Rear TBX, and a Rear Pickup Coil Split switch, as well as lock-pin-compatible strap buttons, LSR roller nuts on the locking tuners, and a two-point tremolo system.

Not only is it essential for Jeff Beck’s playing style, but its specifications also make it an immediately usable instrument for professional guitarists on the job, proving invaluable not only for live performances but also for recording.

The back panel is missing, and there are signs of wear (discoloration, scuffs, playing scratches, picking marks, a sheen on the back of the neck from playing, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and neck straightening). The frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to confirm it functions properly with approximately 30° of travel remaining in the tightening direction.
