USED Ibanez / SR1806 Premium NTF (Natural-Flat) [08]

An Ibanez SR1816 6-string bass, manufactured in 2014.

This 6-string version of the SR shape—highly regarded for its lightweight, compact design, comfortable fit, and excellent playability—features:It features a rosewood/flamed maple/walnut/mahogany body wings, a 5-piece wenge/bubinga neck, a rosewood fingerboard, an 864 mm / 34-inch long scale with 24 frets, a monorail bridge with independent tuners for each string, and a Nordstrand Big Single 6 pickup, along with a 3-band EQ, a 3-way mid-frequency switch, and a preamp bypass switch.

Designed with an SR shape that mimics the form factor of a JB-type guitar when played standing up, this 6-string model combines a responsive preamp with excellent playability, making it a versatile instrument suitable for a wide range of applications.

The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller-type pins, and the end piece is attached at an angle (without a locking pin). Signs of use are visible (scratches, play lines, a sheen from playing in various spots on the body, picking marks, discoloration, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string action adjustment, fret leveling, pot replacement, and octave screw replacement). The frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions; it has been verified to function properly up to ±60°.
