USED MUSIC MAN / AXIS USA Trans Red [3.38 kg / Manufactured in 2008]

This is a popular Music Man AXIS model, manufactured in 2008.

The AXIS carries on the legacy of the signature model of Edward Van Halen, the revolutionary figure of the electric guitar world. The body features a beautiful quilted maple top and a basswood back. The one-piece maple neck, asymmetrically shaped on the left and right sides, displays a gorgeous bird’s-eye figure.

The color is “Trans Red,” one of the most popular finishes in the AXIS lineup, and the bold grain pattern adds to this guitar’s appeal.

There are some signs of use (discoloration, minor scratches and scuffs, picking marks, buckle marks, slight discoloration around the neck, tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height that poses no problem for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions; its operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
