A solid-top model with a cutaway!

"K.Yairi" is a brand that prides itself on Japanese craftsmanship and enjoys strong support both domestically and internationally. This model is designed for the international market and is marketed under the Alvarez K.Yairi brand.
Featuring a cutaway design, it is slightly smaller than a Dreadnought, making it highly maneuverable.
The body features tortoiseshell-pattern binding, with a solid spruce top and rosewood sides and back.
The top features proprietary scalloped X-bracing, and the guitar is equipped with an ebony bridge and a clear pickguard.
The mahogany neck, with a nut width of approximately 42 mm and a long scale of 645 mm, is fitted with an ebony fingerboard.
The headstock is equipped with GOTOH Rotomatic tuners.
The body has a gloss finish, while the neck has a satin finish.

Upon arrival, the guitar was cleaned, the strings were replaced, and the truss rod was adjusted.
The truss rod has been checked to move 60 degrees to either side with no issues, and the frets still have plenty of height remaining.
The body has scattered dents, paint chips, scuffs, and scratches.
Some air bubbles are beginning to form near the edges of the clear pickguard, but this does not pose a problem at this time.
There are a few minor scratches on the back of the neck and the headstock.
Although there are signs of use and natural aging, playability is excellent!

It features an attractive, clear, and tight sound with well-defined lows and highs, characteristic of a rosewood side and back!
