USED Gibson Memphis / ES-335 Dot Vintage Sunburst [3.90 kg / Made in 2014]

The Electric Spanish (ES) series, beloved by many artists as the quintessential semi-hollowbody model since its introduction in 1958, is a guitar crafted at the now-defunct Memphis factory. It features the classic look of the era—including dot position marks on the fingerboard and a short pickguard—along with a TonePros bridge and two “57 Classic” pickups.

This guitar’s appeal lies in its ’50s-style dot position marks and the wide range of sound variations provided by the versatile ’57 Classic pickups.

One set screw on the G-string side of the TonePros bridge is missing, and there are signs of wear (including minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, playing marks, picking marks, a crack in the fret tang area of the neck binding, paint unevenness around the headstock logo and inlays, and tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string action adjustment, fret leveling, and nut groove correction). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions; operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
