USED Fender / Classic Series '60s Stratocaster with Rosewood Fingerboard, 3-Color Sunburst [3.55 kg / Manufactured in 2012]

A Stratocaster from the Classic Series, produced at the Ensenada, Mexico factory, that recreates the 1960s specification.

This is a Fender (Made in Mexico) Classic Series '60s Stratocaster, manufactured in 2012.

It features an alder body, a C-shaped maple neck, a 7.25R rosewood fingerboard, 21 frets, and a control layout consisting of 1 volume, 2 tone, and a 5-way selector switch, with mint green hardware (*polyurethane finish).

With a slab-joined rosewood fingerboard that recreates the classic 1962-style look, this guitar combines a rich vintage tone with excellent playability.

Signs of use are visible (significant paint peeling on the body edges; impact marks, scratches, scuffs, playing marks, and picking marks around the headstock and along the body’s outer perimeter; and tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (fret leveling, nut groove correction, electrical repairs—including the selector switch and jack replacement, cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). The originally narrow fret tops have been leveled to a lower profile but remain at a height that poses no issues for playing. The truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions and has been tested to operate up to ±60° without any problems.
