This is the Stalin by Music Man Ray34 active bass with a matching headstock—a 4-knob model inspired by the StingRay bass.

It features the striking looks inherited from higher-end U.S.-made models, a 6-point truss rod, a 34-inch scale length with a 43mm nut, a 3-band EQ, and a solid Music Man-designed bass bridge.

It delivers a powerful, modern sound true to the StingRay bass legacy and is well-suited for both slap playing and aggressive pick-based playing, making it a great choice for beginners as well.

There are signs of use (minor scratches, scuffs, wear, playing marks, picking marks, buckle marks, shine and ring marks on the back of the neck from playing, as well as polishing marks, cloudiness, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string action adjustment, fret leveling, and deburring). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to move 60° in both directions with no issues.
