The Pearl "RFP1450S/C" features a warm sustain and a pleasant response
, a snare drum featuring a thin 6-ply shell made from a blend of maple and birch
.

It features a thin 6-ply (5.4mm thick) maple and birch composite shell.
It features "FatTone" hoops and "Swivel Tube Lugs" that help control overtones and create a rich, full-bodied sound that responds well to microphones
. It is equipped with features suited for today’s music scene, such as “FatTone” hoops, “Swivel Tube Lugs,” and a “Glide Lock Strainer” that fully locks the snare in the “ON” position
—features perfectly suited for today’s music scene.

Hoop/Tension: FatTone Hoop / 10-strand

The shell and hoops show signs of use, such as scratches and dirt, but it is still
in good enough condition to play. Discontinued model.
The snare wire has been replaced with "PURESOUND."
Condition: B+: Some scratches, but no issues for normal use
