USED Warwick / Buzzard Bass Neck-Through 4-string, manufactured in 2009 [09]

The Buzzard Bass, born from a sketch by John Entwistle, bassist for The Who.
The body is made of zebrano (zebrawood), the neck is obankol, the fingerboard is wenge, the tuning pegs and bridge are Warwick originals, and the pickups are MEC active P/P type.

There is a crack in the wood at the pointed tip on the lower left side of the body; the finish has peeled away around this area, exposing the wood and leaving the surface uneven. The crack does not appear to be severe enough to cause the body to break immediately. It is unclear whether the crack has been glued and repaired. The instrument will be sold as-is.
The frets have been leveled.
The strap pin has been replaced with a non-original locking type, and the locking pin on the opposite side is missing.
There are traces of a filled screw hole next to the strap pin on the upper part of the body; the color of the round filler material is different and stands out.
There are scratches and dents on the headstock; a step has formed at the joint between the wood sections in the center of the neck’s back; there are numerous scratches and dents on the body, some accompanied by dents; and the metal parts show discoloration, tarnish, and pitting.
The included case shows noticeable damage, such as fraying fabric and a torn zipper; more than half of the resin binding on the case’s surface is cracked or peeling, and the bottom portion of the case continues to peel at an ongoing rate.
