    1979 D-35 in stock with good playability!

    Dreadnought D-35 was born in 1965, and is characterized by its three-piece backwoods, called "3-piece back.
    The serial number of this guitar indicates that it was made in 1979. The pegs are original Schaller and feature a black washer on the bottom of the mounting nut. The pickguard has been replaced, and it looks like it was applied and then sprayed with lacquer. There was a crack on the lower right part of the pickguard, and the back side has been patched, and the crack is not visible through the pickguard. The frets and nut have been replaced.

    The body has wipe scratches and scuffs. There are weather checks around the top of the body. The upper right portion of the sound hole is cloudy and has picking scratches. The body top is dotted with large and small dings, and there is a pea-sized scratch on the lower part of the body. The lower outer edge of the body is dotted with a series of small dings. There are line scratches and buckle scratches on the top of the body back. The back of the neck has a small mark where a capo was applied to the low position.

    The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod is SQ, so it is not adjustable. The frets are about 80% full with no noticeable string marks. The current string height is adjusted at about 2.5mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 2.0mm on the 1st string side. The saddle height is still a little high for an SQ, so there is some room for adjustment here.

    Overall, there are only minor cracks, pickguard replacement, and nut & fret replacement. The neck condition is fine and playability is ensured, so it is still in working order.
    The sound of the guitar is very 70s and powerful, and although the sound character is different from the new one, it can be said that it reminds us of the scene of that time.

    1979年製、プレイアビリティ良好なD-35入荷

    1965年に誕生、「3ピースバック」と呼ばれる3枚に分かれたバック材が特徴的なドレッドノート・D-35。
    こちらはシリアルから1979年製とわかります。ペグはオリジナルのシャーラー製で、取付ナット下部にある黒いワッシャーが特徴です。ピックガードは交換されており、貼ったのちにラッカーを吹いた様子です。またピックガード右下部分にクラックがあったのか裏面にはパッチ当ててあり、割れ口はそのピックガードで見えません。フレット&ナットは交換されております。

    ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズがあります。ボディトップを中心にウェザーチェックがあります。サウンドホール右上部分には曇った感じでピッキングキズがあります。ボディトップには大小打痕が点在しており、下部には豆粒大の当てキズがあります。また下部外周エッジ部分には連続した小さな打痕が点々と続いております。ボディバック上部には線キズやバックルキズがあります。ネック裏ローポジションにはカポを当てた跡がコツコツあります。

    ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドはSQなので調整できないタイプです。フレットには目立つ弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.5mm、1弦側で約2.0mmで調整されており、サドルの高さはSQの割にはまだ少しありここでの調整幅は少しあります。

    全体的には軽微な割れとピックガード交換とナット&フレット交換程度です。ネックコンディションは問題なく、プレイアビリティは確保されておりますのでまだまだ現役。
    70sらしく力強さを感じさせてくれるサウンドで、新品とそのサウンドキャラクターは違いますがその当時の情景等を思い起こさせるサウンドともいえます。
