Rare Daphne Blue 62 Strat in stock, made in 1991!

This is a standard vintage regular line model made in the U.S.A., the so-called 62 Bin Strat. Body is alder with lacquer finish. Neck is maple with rosewood fretboard surface. Original PU is installed. The neck date was 91, so we have determined that it was made in 91.
Pickguard has been replaced with all parts and screw holes have been added. The selector has been replaced with a 5-way, the vol pot has been replaced, the PU cavity has been routed almost freehand to the HSH, and there are signs that it was escutcheon mounted. The clear paint has been polished, perhaps due to deterioration over time, giving the guitar a "brick" look.

The body has scratches, scuffs, dings, and peeling paint. The pickguard is finely clouded and has picking scratches. The body has some yellowing in places, but it looks kind of cool, like a roundabout way of saying "relick. There is a light ding on the upper left side of the body top, and a light ding on the left neck. There are some small dents on the lower part of the bridge. There is a common paint crack on the first string side of the neck joint. There are burn marks, paint peeling, and small dents around the strap pins on the lower body side. There are small and large dents on the right side of the body back. There are small paint chips around the joint plate due to tightening. There are dents on the back of the neck on the 4th and 5th floor, but they are not very deep and do not affect the playability of the guitar. There is a small clear peeling at the logo area on the top of the head. All hardware is in good condition, although the plating is deteriorated and there are some signs of use.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no string marks on the frets and about 60% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, there are some freehand HSH sagging and some relic effects due to aggressive polishing, but it looks cool at a glance! It's also good for a birthday guitar for those born in 1991!

アメリカ製のヴィンテージレギュラーラインモデルの定番、いわゆる62ビンスト。ボディはアルダーで、フィニッシュはラッカー。ネックはメイプルで指板面はローズウッド。細身のヴィンテージタイプのフレットに指板面は7.25インチ仕様のヴィンテージフィールを楽しめる内容。PUはオリジナルを搭載しております。ネックデイトが91年でしたので91年製と判断しております。
ピックガードがオールパーツに交換されており、ネジ穴を追加。セレクターは5wayに交換されており、Volポットは交換されております。PUキャビティがほぼフリーハンドでHSHにルーティングされており、エスカッションマウントされていた跡があります。またクリア塗装部分が経年変化で劣化していたのか全体的に磨かれており、レリック風のルックスとなっております。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、打痕、塗装剥がれがあります。ピックガードには細かく曇った感じでピッキングキズがあります。ボディには黄ばみが所々ありますが、一周回ってレリックにも見えてなんかカッコいいです。ボディトップ左上に薄っすらと米粒大の打痕があり、左クビレ部分には薄っすらと豆粒大の打痕があります。ブリッジ下部には小さな打痕が点々とあります。ネックジョイント1弦側にありがちな塗装クラックがあります。ボディサイド下部ストラップピン周りにはスタンド焼け・塗装剥がれ・小さな打痕があります。ボディバック右側に大小薄っすらと打痕があり、ジョイントプレート周りには締め付けによる小さな塗装チップがあります。ネック裏4F・5F裏部分に打痕がありますがさほど深くはなく大きくプレイに影響するものではありません。ヘッドトップ先端ロゴ部分に小さなクリア剥がれがあります。各ハードウェアにはメッキの劣化や使用感はあるものの雰囲気は良好です。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは6割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的には積極的な磨きによるレリック感や、フリーハンドのHSHのザグリがありますが、パッと見のルックスはカッコいいです!2000年代のシンラッカー期に一時期ダフネブルーはありましたが、90年代にもちゃんとありました!91年生まれの方のバースイヤーギターにもいいですね!
