2023 Custom Shop made, slabbed 59ST in stock!

Body is 2pc Alder. The body is 2pc Alder, and the aging is "Journeyman Relic". Weather check, dents, and paint peeling are produced overall, giving it the dignity that is typical of the Custom Shop. The neck is made of high-grade maple with 3A grade flame. The back of the neck is original and has no clear coating, ensuring a smooth feel and consistency as a Relic. The fret size is 6100 jumbo frets, perfect for hard hitters, and the fingerboard surface is 9.5 inches. The neck shape is a "59 Esquier C Shape" with a clean C shape in the low position and a little thicker in the high position.

The PU is an original hand-wound "Ancho Poblano". Alnico 3 magnet and form bar wire are used for the neck and middle position, and Alnico 5 magnet and enamel wire are used for the bridge position with flat polepiece. The DC resistance values are approximately 5.7k, 6.2k, and 6.1k from the neck side. The neck & middle position has a fat sound, while the bridge position has both crispness and power. Or don't miss the RWRP specification, which is hum canceled at halftone. Controls are master Vol and master Tone. Its tone is Greasebucket spec. The last control is a mix control of neck PU and bridge PU. The pickguard is mint-green with an 8-hole specification, which is a transitional period to the 60's specs, and reproduces the rare specs that are typical of the Custom Shop.

The body has been subjected to a brick process, which makes it difficult to distinguish the damage from use, but the age, damage to the pickguard and back of the neck, and lack of use suggest that the guitar has not been played much.

The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no string marks on the frets and about 90% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, this is not a collectible and in perfect condition because the hard case is not original and the certificate case is missing, but it is a nice piece for players with little signs of use. It is equipped with front and rear blenders, each of which can add edge and thickness, making it a very useful device. The fret size is also 6100 jumbo, which can take hard picking very well. Its aging is also excellent, and it will surely become your favorite machine! This is one that we recommend!

ボディは2pcのアルダー。それが纏うエイジングは『Journeyman Relic』。全体的にウェザーチェック、打痕、塗装剥がれを演出しており、カスタムショップらしい貫禄を感じさせてくれます。ネックは3Aグレードのフレイムを携えた高級感溢れるメイプル。ネック裏はオリジナルでクリア塗装がなく、スムースなフィーリングとレリックとしての整合性を確保。フレットサイズはハードヒッターにはピッタリのジャンボフレット6100。指板面は9.5インチとなっております。ネックシェイプは『59 Esquier C Shape』としており、ローポジションはスッキリとしたCシェイプ、ハイポジションでは少しだけ肉厚な印象です。

PUにはオリジナルでハンドワウンドされた『Ancho Poblano』を搭載。ネック＆ミドル・ポジションにはアルニコ3マグネット&フォームバー・ワイヤーを、フラットポールピース仕様のブリッジ・ポジションにはアルニコ5マグネット&エナメル・ワイヤーを採用。直流抵抗値はネック側から約5.7k、約6.2k、約6.1kとしており、ネック&ミドルポジションはファットに、ブリッジポジションはキレとパワー感が両立したサウンド。またはハーフトーン時にはハムキャンセルされるRWRP仕様なのも見逃せません。コントロールはマスターVol、マスターTone仕様。そのトーンはGreasebucket仕様。また最後のコントロールはネックPUとブリッジPUのミックスコントロール。またピックガードはミントグーリンながらも8Hole仕様で、60年代仕様への過渡期を演出しておりカスタムショップらしいレアスペックを再現。

ボディにはレリック加工が施され使用で付いたダメージと区別し辛い状況ですが、その年式・ピックガード・ネック裏へのダメージ・使用感の少なさあまり弾かれてない個体と思われます。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは9割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的には、ハードケースがオリジナルでないこと・認定証ケース欠品していることからコレクタブルでパーフェクトなコンディションとはとはいえませんが、使用感は少なめでプレイヤーにとってはありがたい一本。フロントとリアのブレンダーを搭載しており、それぞれにエッジや太さを加えることができ非常に使えるデバイス。またフレットサイズも6100のジャンボとハードなピッキングもしっかりと受け止めてくれます。そのエイジングも素晴らしく、きっとあなたの愛機となること間違いありません!おすすめの一本です!
