Made in 1999, 6120SH arranged like another version of Hot Rod!

Based on the 6120, or Nashville, the 6120SH Hot Rod features simple controls and bright colors. The body is a bit thinner than the vintage style 6120, at 64mm.
The pickguard has been removed and is missing. The selector switch has been relocated, the bridge has been replaced with an ABR-1 type, and the pegs have been replaced with Spurzel and the strap pins with Schaller locking type.

There are wiping scratches and minor scuffs all over the body, and small dents and line scratches on the lower right edge of the top of the body. There is a jostling of large and small dings on the left side of the tailpiece. There is a scratch around the bridge base from where it has moved, and a small ding near the ball end of the second Bigsby string. There are scratches around the jack and buckle scratches all over the body back. The bezel around the PU is cracked due to tightening, and the rear bezel mounting screws are deteriorated. The nuts have been replaced in the past. There is some chrome chipping on the hardware.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable in the tightening and loosening directions, and can still be turned and adjusted in the tightening direction. There are no noticeable string marks on the frets, and about 70% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, there are a few scratches on the buckle, a missing pickguard, and the selector has been moved, but they do not bother us too much due to the bright coloring of the guitar. It can be said that the previous owner's love for Setzer can be fully felt in this modification. The coloring is also very cool, and this is a cool Gretsch that can be recommended more than enough for non-fans!

1999年製、Hot Rod別バージョン風にアレンジされた6120SH!

6120、いわゆるナッシュビルをベースに、シンプルなコントロールと鮮やかなカラーリング採用した『6120SH Hot Rod』。ボディはヴィンテージスタイルの6120と比較すると少し薄めの64mmとなっております。
こちらはピックガードが取り外され欠品。セレクタースイッチを移設、ブリッジをABR-1タイプに交換、ペグをスパーゼルにストラップピンをシャーラーのロックタイプに交換された一本。

ボディ全体には拭きキズや細かいスリキズがあり、ボディトップ右下エッジ部分には小さな打痕と線キズがあります。テールピース左脇には大小打痕がゴツゴツとあります。ブリッジ木台周りにそれが動いた事によるスリキズがあり、ビグスビー2弦ボールエンド付近に小さな打痕があります。ジャック周りにスリキズがあり、ボディバック全体的にバックルキズがあります。ヘッド裏には線キズがあり、ヘッド周りには大小打痕や当てキズが点々とあります。PU周りのベゼルには締め付けによるクラックがあり、リアのベゼル取り受けネジには劣化があります。ナットは過去に交換されております。各ハードウェアにはメッキのクスミがあります。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットには目立つ弦痕等はなく、残り7割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的にはバックルキズ、ピックガードの欠品、セレクターの移設等ありますがその鮮やかなカラーリングもあってあまりさほど気になりません。前オーナーのセッツアー愛が十分に感じられるモディファイともいえます。そのカラーリングも非常にクールでファン以外にも十二分におすすめできるクールなグレッチです!
