We’ve just received a Gibson Les Paul Standard in excellent, pristine condition, made in recent years.
The model name is the Les Paul Standard 50s Faded, and the finish color is a satin-finish Vintage Honey Burst.
Based on the serial number, it appears to have been manufactured in 2022.
As for the body’s condition, it appears pristine, with no visible signs of heavy use.
If a particularly discerning buyer were to examine it closely, they might notice various scratches and minor imperfections; however, these are likely the result of normal handling during in-store display or test plays when the guitar was new... Since used instruments are, by definition, expected to have been played, considering this context, I cannot help but feel that this is a clean, rare, and beautiful specimen.
The metal parts have a nickel-plated finish, so signs of deterioration such as tarnish are visible; however, even if the instrument had been stored in its case for a long time without being played, it would still have lost some of its original luster and become slightly dull, so these marks may be considered minor.
