There are some minor scuffs and scratches from normal use and some line scratches with slight lacquer peeling in places, but there is no major damage and the instrument is in beautiful condition.
The tampo is in good condition as it is now, and it has been adjusted to be used for a long time with peace of mind.
It is popular as an introductory instrument for wind bands and music schools because it is easy to play and has a good pitch.
