USED Fender / 1974 Telecaster Custom Black [11]

A unique Telecaster that epitomizes Fender in the 70's

This is a 1974 Fender Telecaster Custom with an intrepid black finish.
It still retains its original three-point neck joint, micro-tilt mechanism, and wide-range humbuckers on the front.

Both the front wide-range humbucker and rear single coil pickups are original from 1974. The rear pickup has some solder removal marks, but there is no history of modification, and there are no operational problems. The original setup and sound character of the time has been well inherited. The volume and tone pots on the rear side have been replaced, but the capacitors are believed to be original to the period, giving the instrument a sense of originality.

The Telecaster Custom, which is known as the favorite of Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones, has a rock presence and presence that makes you want to play it while thinking of him.
The rear pickup was found to have a defective output upon arrival, so it has been rewound at a specialized workshop in a way that makes the most of its original characteristics.
The exterior has scratches, dings, and paint chips commensurate with its age, and is in what can be called "player's condition," but it is also proof that it has been played well over many years, which gives it a vintage charm.
The pegs are a little stiff due to wear from age, but can be used for practical purposes without any problems.
There are no noticeable abnormalities in the neck, and there are no problems with playability.
