This model has long been loved as a standard of the dreadnought style.
This model was highly appreciated by many players for its classic Martin-like sound and high crafting accuracy. The body top is made of Sitka spruce, and the sides and back are made of Indian rosewood. The deep bass and full, extended mids and highs are well balanced.
The scalloped bracing structure enriches the rise of the sound, and delicacy and power are combined for expressive power. The neck is made of mahogany and the fingerboard is made of ebony for comfort and durability.
Peeling of the back bracing has been corrected. The cell peeling at the neck heel has also been repaired.
There is some paint film peeling on a portion of the body binding.
The neck is in good playing condition with no noticeable abnormalities, although there are scratches and dings overall and the instrument shows signs of use.
