The materials and finish are made in Japan with the utmost care, resulting in a bass that excels in both playability and sound quality. Alder wood body, Heritage Wood maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard combine to provide comfortable playability and a core, clean sound. The pickups appear to be the original HBP-1, with CTS pots and Switchcraft jacks, combined with the standard KTS PR-03SPWB1 bridge for stable output and a clear sound image.
We recommend this model for those seeking the solid construction and stable sound that can only be achieved with domestic manufacturing.
The body is dotted with dents, and the accompanying paint cracks can also be seen.
In addition, there are some scratches and stains, and there is a sense of use.
