A 5-string bass sublimated from the high-end JB type to real-world specifications.
The AMAZE J-Five is a 5-string JB-type model from ESP's flagship AMAZE bass line.
Based on the high woodworking precision and playability, this model has been upgraded with Seymour Duncan Bass Lines pickups and Seymour Duncan STC-3P (3-band EQ).
While utilizing the natural and core tone of the passive PU, the STC-3P active EQ allows for a wide range of sound creation.
It combines the clarity of the low B string, the push of the mids, and the sharpness to handle slap.
This is a guitar for players who want a J-type 5-string that can be used immediately on stage or for recording, rather than for collection use where the original condition is important.
This is a player's spec that has the perfection of the AMAZE series with practical modifications.
There is a paint crack at the neck joint. 16th fret fingerboard had a joint screw through, so the fret has been replaced and the hole has been filled in. There are other signs of use such as scratches, dents, and dull parts.
The guitar has been set up, including mortise and groove and nut replacement, and is in playing condition.
