USED Sonic / ULTRA-SONIC BASS 4st See Through Blue [11]

This is a handmade bass made in Japan by Sonic, a brand of Rumtrick Company.
As is typical of Sonic, each bass is made to order, and the design concept behind this bass is different from that of mass-produced models.
The body appears to be made of ash with a deep see-through blue finish. The finish is thin, and the grain of the wood shows through clearly, giving it a visually high quality that is typical of Sonic. The fingerboard is made of ebony for a fast attack and clear contours. The neck material is unknown as no spec sheet is included. A scarf joint construction is used, and the head is gently angled. This structure stabilizes string tension and vibration transfer, and contributes to improved sustain.
Pickups are jazz bass style single coils front and rear. Controls consist of front volume, rear volume, passive tone, and active EQ (bass/treble) with stacked knobs. It is equipped with an active/passive selector switch, allowing for a straightforward and clean JJ sound when passive, and flexible sound creation with active control of low and high frequencies.
This is a piece that combines the precision of a Japanese handmade product with a practical design that can be used for both active and passive applications.
Paint is partially peeling.
There are some scratches, dents, and metal tarnish.
There are no noticeable abnormalities on the neck, and there are no problems with the playing condition.
