USED Gibson USA / SG 61 Reissue Mod Cherry [11]

1996 Gibson solid guitar SG '61 style.
With a small pickguard inherited from the 1961 original design, thin and light mahogany body, and slim neck shape, this guitar has the quality of workmanship and sound that only a 90's Gibson could offer.
The pickups on this guitar have been replaced, with Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates (with PGNJ seal) on the front and Seymour Duncan SH-4 (JB) on the rear.
The Pearly Gates has a vintage PAF taste with a glossy, clean midrange and sweetness. It has a high expressive power from clean to crunch, a character that goes very well with the light sound of the SG.
The rear SH-4 (JB) is a well-known classic model with moderate compression and strong midrange, and produces a thick lead tone with a strong presence and backing when driven.
This combination gives it more range and push than the stock vintage-leaning sound, making it ideal for blues, classic rock, and even 90's rock. This combination makes this a practical SG that can flexibly handle not only blues and classic rock, but also 90's rock and modern distortion.
There are scratches, dings, metal rust, and tarnish on the overall appearance.
The neck is wavy, but the frets have been fretted and are playable.
