USED MOON / JJ-175 1982-1984 See Through Red [12]

A representative model of MOON with impressive 80's looks and specs.
This JJ-175 has a pickguard-less two-piece ash body, JB-style slim maple neck, jet-black ebony fingerboard, brass nut, brass bridge, and gold hardware in see-through red with wood grain, all of which are typical 80's specs.
We checked the description of the neck joint with the manufacturer, and they said it was made around 1984-1987.
It is originally equipped with EMG pickups, but they have been replaced with passive pickups of unknown model number. 2 volume/1 tone/PU selector controls and all knobs have been replaced.
The combination of hard wood and brass materials, and the tight sound due to the highly accurate integration, allows the guitar to blend naturally into a band ensemble, and to resonate with a strong presence when the occasion calls for it.

There are many scratches and dents scattered on the neck grip as well as the body, and the gold parts have peeling plating.
There are large paint chips on the end of the body, and there are many fine weather checks on the head top and back.
The strap pin has been replaced with a Schaller locking pin, and the strap is missing.
Although the instrument has been used, it has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center and is in good playability condition.
