USED Gibson / 1973-74y Les Paul Custom Cherry Sunburst [12]

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a Les Paul Custom made between 1973 and 1974.

This is a vintage Les Paul Custom, so there are some signs of use that remind us of time.
However, the paint on the back and the neck are peeling off, which cannot be created by processing, so there is no negative side at all.

There are many scars from the past battles, and there are many parts that have been replaced, but you can tell at a glance that this guitar has been played well.

The combination of the pancake body construction and 3-piece mahogany neck, which is unique to this age, is a superb combination that many hard rock fans have come to love.
The weight is also a popular figure, being in the low 4kg range, which is light for a Les Paul Custom.

One of the pot dates is hidden by solder and cannot be confirmed, but the remaining 3 pot dates are 1973 x 2 and 1970.
The serial number of the watch seems to be 1973, but one of the pot dates was made in the 48th week of 1973, so we are calling it a 1973-1974 watch.

The fingerboard has been refretted and re-nutted in the past, and it seems that the ebony on the fingerboard was chipped during the refretting process.
There is a crack on the binding of the head top, but it is caused by the shrinkage of the binding due to aging, so there is no problem.
The bridge has been replaced with a recent ABR-1, the pegs have been replaced with Grover/102G from the 90s, and the rear pickup has been replaced with a Duncan (SH-1) from the sticker/seal period without Made in USA engraving.
* "59NJ" for the front is installed.

Front pickups are original sticker numbered P.A.F., but both rear/front covers have been removed once.
The rear pickups are currently equipped with the original covers, but the rear pickups have been replaced.

The pickups have been set up after arrival and can be played with no worries.
* The pickguard and lock pin tip parts are missing.
