USED Fender Custom Shop / 1954 Stratocaster 1993 Blonde [12]

A Custom Shop made 1954 Strat from the 90's is now in stock.
This model is a reproduction of the Stratocaster, one of the originators of electric guitars as well as Fender, with specifications from 1954, the first year of its release.
From the certificate of authenticity, it was made in 1993, and the neck is also marked 1993.

The center bookmatched ash body is finished in blonde to take advantage of its beautiful grain, and the one-piece maple neck with bird's eye scattered on it has a soft V-shape with a slightly pointed apex at the neck grip.

The model number of the pickups is unknown, but they are vintage crosswire types.
All three pot dates are illegible because they are hidden by solder, but from the condition of the solder, we judge that the electrical parts including pickups are original.

The ash body and mid 50s fat maple neck give you the early Strat sound, which has a clear and thick core.

There is a paint crack on the side of the body on the first string side, and there are some minor scuffs and scratches and metal parts are dull.
The topcoat has some discoloration due to sunburn, but considering the year of manufacture, there are few signs of use or age-related deterioration, and the condition of preservation is good.
Conductive paint has been applied to the pickups and inside the control cavity, and the position of the ground wire has been moved from under the rear pickup to inside the control cavity.
The bridge saddles and imo screws for strings 2-5 have been replaced at our repair center, and the pickup height adjustment rubber has been replaced.
