USED Gibson Memphis / 1963 ES-335TD Block VOS Historic Burst [12]

Gibson Memphis' Historic Series 1963 ES-335TD is now in stock.
It is a reissue of a circa 1963 instrument with small block position markers and thin rolled neck grip, and is beautifully finished with 45-degree beveled plastic parts and a cutaway horn shape that looks a bit sharp.

The VOS finish replicates its age, and the nylon saddle, Adirondack spruce bracing, and historic truss rod are also not to be missed.

Compared to the 1950s reissue model, the smaller volume occupied by the center block allows for a light, airy box tone.

The pickups are mounted with MHS pickups (New Memphis Historic Pickups) designed with unmatched/unpotted AWG42 enameled wire, which truly reflect the player's touch nuance.
There are some minor scuffs and scratches due to the VOS finish and tarnishing of metal parts, but there are also numerous scratches and dings from use scattered throughout the instrument.
Although there are some signs of use, each part has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is good.
