USED YAMAHA / SA-1000 Persimmon Red [12]

This is a mid-range Yamaha semi-acoustic guitar model with an ebony fingerboard.
This model was manufactured from 1977 to around 1983, and is wood spec with birch and beech body materials, spruce and maple center block, mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard.

The pickups have been replaced with those of the top-of-the-line SA-2000S model, and they provide rich nuance from deep acoustic mids and lows to sharp, crisp highs and natural sustain.
The paint on the tip of the head is chipped, and the hardware is dull and chipped.
There are numerous pick scratches on the pickguard, and there are also numerous scratches and dents scattered throughout.
The gear cover of the 6th string peg has come off, but this does not affect its use.

The rear volume knob has been replaced, and there are signs of use, but playability is good as each part has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center.
