This is an early model of the Artist Hollowbody series, which was manufactured for only two years from 1977 to 1979.

Curly maple body (top and back) with one-piece maple neck and ebony fingerboard with 22 frets.

Gorgeous decorations such as multi-binding from head to neck side and body, head inlays, and pearl/avalon split block inlays are also attractive.

Velve Tune pegs, bone/brass half and half nut, Gibraltar bridge/tailpiece, and other practical, original, and unique parts are used.

The pickups are equipped with Ibanez's original SUPER 80 with Flying Finger engraved on the cover, which produces a bright and punchy tone.
A tri-sound switch, which is effective only for the front pickup, is equipped, allowing for a wide variety of sound creation.
As is common with Ibanez models of this era, there are many cracks, discoloration, and peeling due to age-related deterioration of the binding.
In particular, the body binding is noticeably peeling and may catch on clothing or skin when playing, but for the sake of originality, we have left it as is.
The paint is peeling at the tip of the head, and the gear cover of the 6th string peg is missing.
There are many scratches and dings scattered throughout the guitar, and the hardware is dull and the chrome is peeling.
The guitar has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center, and is in good playability condition.
