USED C.F.Martin / D-18 SQ 1993 [12]

A D-18 made in 1993 is now in stock.
This is a model from the period when the SQ neck was being replaced by the AJ neck, and it still retains the look of the 70's. The bass sound emitted from the slightly thicker neck is transmitted to the body with a thump. The top of the guitar has a beautiful candy-colored finish, which is not found on the current aging toners. This is a versatile instrument that can handle a wide range of sounds, from the delicate sound of mahogany to the intense and masculine sound of hard picking. There are some scratches on the top of the head, a dull spot on the back of the neck, some scratches from playing near the sound hole, some scratches on the buckle, a few strap pins, and some paint chips on the heel of the neck and the body joint. There are other dents, scratches and scuffs from use, and other signs of use commensurate with its age, but this is a guitar that can still be played.
