Fender's Jazz guitar was introduced in 1958.
Leo Fender introduced the Jazzmaster to the jazz scene, which was dominated by Gibson at the time, with a newly developed offset contoured body, Fender's first rose fretboard neck, tremolo unit, and other features.

However, it did not spread to the jazz scene, and later became popular in the surf music and alternative music scenes, and became a representative model of Fender.

The one we have in stock this time is a '64 model that seems to have been produced during the transitional period of the spaghetti logo period. The pickups are original black bobbins, and the neck is a little thicker and solid shape made in '63, which gives a rich Jazzmaster sound.

The pickguard has been shrunk and the body and neck have been over-lacquered, but the atmosphere has not been lost and this is one that exudes character.

The wood near the volume knob is cracked and screws are not attached (piece of wood and screws are included), and the head of the octave adjustment screw on the 4th string is licked. The nut, threaded screw, and endpin have been replaced, and the first string peg is slightly bent.
The frets have been grated, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
The hard case is not genuine and one clasp is broken.
