USED Ibanez / Prestige RG2550E Galaxy Black [12]

2005 model of the RG made in Japan for all-round use.
The RG2550E is the prestige grade of the RG, which has been the flagship model of Ibanez electric guitars since its introduction in 1988 and remains highly popular today.

This model was manufactured from 2005 to 2007 and features a basswood body with a very thin wizard neck shape and a maple/walnut 5-piece neck/rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets.

In 2007, it was changed to a specification with shark tooth inlays and neck binding, but this particular model is an early version with non-binding dot inlays.

Pickups are ibz pickups co-developed with DiMaggio, but the rear pickup has been replaced with DiMaggio's D-Sonic.

The bridge is equipped with the original Edge Pro, which allows the strings to be locked without cutting the ball ends of the strings.
In addition, the "sound chip" embedded in the bridge saddle improves the sustain.

This is an all-round guitar that not only boasts excellent playability, but also user-friendly features.
There are numerous paint chips scattered around the perimeter of both the top and back of the body.
There are also some minor scratches and dings scattered throughout, and the hardware is dull and the chrome is peeling.
The tension bar has been replaced with a non-genuine part, and there is a slight feeling of use, but all parts have been maintained and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is good.
